I have exciting news.

recently opened The Better Body Center in the Castro after putting together a very talented team of healers who have joined me in my practice.

We are dedicated to helping you feel better in your body & about your body.

Four massage therapists, each with unique specialties, form the core of our staff.

We are dedicated to relieving your stress and pain by promoting your better health and wellbeing. The Better Body Center staff is dedicated to honoring and caring for all body types.

I find as I am ageing I need to be better to my body. While I eat right and exercise regularly, my results are mixed and I discovered that regular bodywork has helped me be more active and comfortable.

Our therapies include Western and eastern massage styles, myofascial therapy and yoga therapy, as well as acupuncture and hypnotherapy. In the near future, we plan to offer meditation classes and community heath seminars to our ongoing clients free of charge and to the general public for a small fee.
